Amy has over 25 years’ experience in Leadership, Learning & Development, Brand Enhancement, Program Facilitation, and Market Development. She has worked primarily in the Retail and Technology industries, including 10 years as a leader for Apple Retail.
Amy’s unique perspective working both in corporate and field environments allows her to help create solutions for clients that are immediately applicable in real life, business situations.

In Shelli’s 20+ year career as a consulting psychologist, she has gained tremendous experience working with various industries, geographies, functions and levels of talent within organizations. She has partnered with numerous organizations in translating business strategy into an actionable talent strategy.
She has extensive experience in developing and facilitating the following talent processes: assessments, coaching, competency frameworks, high-potential processes (identification, cultivation, retention), leadership development, succession management, performance management and team effectiveness.

Christine Grimm has over 25 years of experience helping executives change and grow organizations while accelerating the execution of organizational priorities and goals.
As a practice leader in the area of alignment, she has led major endeavors to merge organizations, blend leadership teams, move dysfunctional and emerging organizations forward and build strategic alignment, ensuring that both individuals and functional groups focus on performance and move in cadence with other parts of the company.
